Satay Sauce

About

A scintillating classic. This combines roasted peanuts, coriander, galangal and garlic to make a delicious sauce for chicken, pork or shellfish. It can be used as a marinade or as an addition to a stir fry.  You can even add mayonnaise, coconut cream or creme fraiche for a dip with a difference. This product is rated as mild on our heat scale, and is not gluten free, nor is it suitable for vegetarians.
