This famous creamy curry derives its distinctive flavour from a delicate mix of paprika, kaffir leaves and coriander. Gluten free, but not suitable for vegetarians, simply add coconut cream, meat and a touch of fish sauce to make up a delicious, traditional Thai red curry. Medium in heat.
