This traditional curry has an incredible depth of flavour, dominated by turmeric, chilli, coriander & cumin. Gluten free and suitable for vegetarians, it can be mixed with pineapple and peanuts for a sweet, tangy curry, or for the traditional flavour, simply add coconut cream and fish sauce. Medium in heat.
