This famous creamy curry derives its distinctive flavour from a delicate mix of red chilli, kaffir, lemongrass and basil. Gluten free, but not suitable for vegetarians, simply add coconut cream, meat and a touch of fish sauce to make up a delicious, traditional Thai red curry. Medium in heat.
