An award winning product! With a sublime fusion of flavours, the sweetness of the mango is used to enhance the fiery heat of the scotch Bonnet. Although a native of the Caribbean, the chilli actually derives its name from Scottish ‘tam o’ shanter’ hat that it resembles. Gluten free and suitable for vegetarians, this has a very hot heat to it. Be warned.
