An award winning product! An extremely intense heat with a lingering, piquant flavour.   The only issue? To taste it you have to make it past its initial incendiary spice! Officially known as Bhut Jolokia, or the Ghost Pepper, it was recorded as the world’s hottest chilli in 2007. It originated in Bangladesh and NE India, and its extract has even been used to replace pepper spray in some countries! Suitable for vegetarians, and Gluten Free, this is our hottest chilli sauce, hence the very hot rating. We warned you, so good luck!
