A zingy, spicy flavoured sauce, the wasabi adds a distinct twist to the traditional teriyaki, and gives it a sharp kick! Suitable for vegetarians, but not gluten free, use it as a glaze or marinade on meat or fish, pour it directly from the bottle onto noodles or rice, or use it for dipping.
