A delicious, mirin based sauce with a nutty flavour derived from toasted sesame seeds and sesame oil. Not gluten free but suitable for vegetarians, brush over meat or fish and then bake or BBQ, pour over noodles or rice, or mix with oil and use as a dipping sauce.
