A scintillating classic. This combines roasted peanuts, coriander, galangal and garlic to make a delicious sauce for chicken, pork or shellfish. It can be used as a marinade or as an addition to a stir fry.   You can even add mayonnaise, coconut cream or crème fraiche for a dip with a difference. This product is rated as mild on our heat scale, and is not gluten free, nor is it suitable for vegetarians.

Sugar, roasted peanuts 15%, water, spirit vinegar, rapeseed oil, onion, soya sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), salt, spices, coriander, garlic, turmeric, desiccated coconut, shrimp paste (shrimp, salt), chilli, lemon juice concentrate, lime leaf, stabilisers: xanthan gum & guar gum.
