A sweet hot red jam speckled with bits of chilli and sweet pepper. Gluten free and suitable for vegetarians, this jam is fabulous with cold meats or cheese plates. It can also be mixed with Dijon mustard and used as a marinade chicken or pork. Mild in heat.
